The Ombudsman of Turkmenistan paid a working visit to Georgia


The Turkmen delegation headed by the Authorized Representative for Human Rights in Turkmenistan, Yazdursun Gurbannazarova, was on a working visit to Georgia on November 29-30.
According to the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Tbilisi, during the visit, the Turkmen Ombudsman held a bilateral meeting with her Georgian counterpart Levan Ioseliani.

The parties paid special attention to the possibilities of exchanging experience within the framework of bilateral cooperation and improving the effectiveness of the work of national human rights bodies.

The Turkmen delegation also held bilateral meetings with the heads of the Special Investigative Service of Georgia, the Center for Human Rights and other relevant institutions.
