To ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of citizens’ demands, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan is introducing artificial intelligence technology. This was reported by the International News Agency Kazinform with reference to the head of the department, Bagdat Musin.

The introduction of a neural network will make it possible to process citizens’ documents around the clock and receive answers to all questions directly in the chat.

“Our main goal is to improve the quality of services provided to the population. Now every citizen, from a small child to a pensioner, can use social networks, WhatsApp or Telegram instant messengers. In the same way, our services should be clear and simple,” Musin said, noting that the government will continue not only to increase digital services, but also to improve old processes and introduce new technologies in various directions in cooperation with government agencies.
