Former British Prime Minister David Cameron has been appointed foreign minister. This information was confirmed by the office of the current Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
"David Cameron has been appointed Foreign, Commonwealth and International Development Secretary," the statement said.
It was previously reported that Cameron must win a seat in the House of Lords to become a minister.
David Cameron was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 2010 to 2016.
