Turkmen businessman offers dried carrots to consumers
Turkmen businessman Balkan Annamyradov has established the production of dried carrots, which he grows on land in the Balkan and Ahal regions. Fruits from the garden are delivered to a workshop equipped with the latest Italian equipment, where, after undergoing technological processing, they fall on the consumer's table.
Dried carrots differ from fresh ones in their properties, and in some areas of the food industry it is preferable to use dried products. For example, in baking, dried carrots are in great demand, because its consistency is excellent for a useful vitamin supplement in the dough of unsweetened pastries.
The popularity of dried carrots in the food industry is also explained by the fact that it is very practical. The product can be used in the preparation of a wide variety of dishes and in preservation.
