1180 convicted citizens were pardoned in Turkmenistan. They will be released from prison in accordance with the decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The Head of State signed a decree on pardon at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers with the participation of members of the State Security Council.
