The Turkmen Ambassador met with the organizers and Turkmen participants of the Tsinandali Festival


Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia Dovletmyrat Seyitmammedov met with the organizers and Turkmen participants of the 5th Tsinandali Classical Music Festival, which runs from August 31 to September 10.

The festival attracts the greatest performers, conductors, composers, as well as classical music lovers from all over the world to Tsinandali Musicians from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine and Turkmenistan attend it.

The opening of the festival began with a performance by Turkmen musicians representing the country as part of the Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra.

During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the organizers for holding such a bright talent forum that brings countries and peoples together. The diplomat stressed that an integral part of the modern Turkmen-Georgian interstate dialogue is the cultural and humanitarian sphere, where both countries have excellent traditions of joint activities and creative cooperation.

Holding such events serves to strengthen cultural ties between our countries, and creates unique opportunities for young musicians to explore the world of music and advance their musical education, the ambassador said.
