National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the projects for the construction of objects of the second stage of the city of Arkadag and held a working meeting on this topic.
During a working trip on Saturday, the head of the Halk Maslakhaty listened to the reports of head of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag Deryageldy Orazov and mayor of the city of Arkadag Shamuhammet Durdylyev on the situation at the site of work entrusted to them.
The sketches of new buildings and structures planned for construction, including the museum and the Main Mosque of the city, and options for their decorative design were presented to the National Leader.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a number of adjustments and gave recommendations and instructions for the implementation of these projects, paying special attention to the improvement of adjacent territories. At the next stage, it is planned to build, mainly, industrial complexes in the city of Arkadag, including the production of medicines and drugs based on local medicinal plants, in this regard, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on an environmentally friendly approach to the creation of processing enterprises and the formation of forest park zones.
The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan was also presented with samples of inscriptions with the name of the city of Arkadag, the largest of which will be located on the top of one of the slopes of the foothills of the Kopetdag, which will make it visible from a long distance.
During the workshop that took place then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people outlined a range of priority tasks for the implementation of the second phase of the development of the city of Arkadag.
