Uzbekistan launches production of milk that neutralizes coronavirus

Milk that can disinfect coronavirus has been produced at the “Panaev Farms” plant in Nukus.
According to the National News Agency of Uzbekistan with reference to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, this product, unique in its properties, was obtained thanks to research conducted at the International Center for Molecular Allergology in cooperation with the Vienna Medical University in 2021.
The purpose of the experiment was to test the effectiveness of the recombinant Uzbek-Chinese vaccine ZF-UZ-VAC2001 on thoroughbred cows imported from Austria and Germany.
The vaccine was administered in three doses, and the results of the analysis of milk showed that two weeks after the second dose, cows develop antibodies that neutralize the virus.
This led to the creation of a new product - pasteurized immune milk under the trademark "Immune Milk", which retains its beneficial properties for 30 minutes at a temperature of 62.5 degrees.
“Panaev Farms” has been producing this unique product in small volumes since October last year.
