China to host China-Eurasian Trade and Raw Materials Exhibition


The China-Eurasian Trade and Raw Materials Exhibition will be held in the city of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, from August 17 to 21. The organizers report that representatives of five Central Asian states will also take part in the event.
Within the framework of the exhibition, 33 events are planned, including seminars on the further development of regional cooperation, promotion of trade, investment, panel discussions, bilateral meetings, etc.
The organizers of the events expect great interest of the forum participants in the seminar dedicated to the development of industry and trade along the Silk Road.
The purpose of the China-Eurasian Trade and Commodity Exhibition is to provide a platform for strengthening cooperation between the countries of Asia and Europe.
More than 1,300 companies have confirmed their participation in the exhibition, 25 of which are in the TOP-500 of the world's leading enterprises.
Previously, such events were held three times - in 2015, 2017 and 2021, bringing together over 3,700 companies from 46 countries and regions.
