Saudi pipe manufacturer to start export to Turkmenistan
Global Pipe Company will supply to Turkmenistan pipe products worth US$ 40 million. The first supplies are scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
The contract was signed between the state concern Turkmengaz and GPC on the sidelines of 5th session of the Turkmen-Saudi intergovernmental commission recently held in Riyadh.
Saudi-German joint venture “Global Pipe Company” (GPC) was established with the shareholding of Erndtebruecker Eisenwerk (Germany), Saudi Steel Pipe Co., Mr. Ahmed Al Khonaini and Pan Gulf Holding.
GPC enterprises, equipped with the advanced technologies and production facilities, produce Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW) pipes for the oil, gas, petrochemical, power and construction industries.
