Pension Fund of Turkmenistan reminds business of the need to pay pension contributions
The Pension Fund of Turkmenistan appeals to entrepreneurs of the country with a reminder of the need for timely payment of pension contributions.
According to the legislation, pension contributions are collected from entrepreneurs twice a year — for the first and second half of the year. This year, the deadline for payment of pension contributions for the first half of 2023 expires on August 15. Therefore, the Pension Fund encourages entrepreneurs to transfer the necessary amount to their personal account in the period from July 1 to August 15.
The amount of pension contributions is determined in accordance with article 23 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Pension Insurance" and depends on the form of organization of activities, the amount of income and other factors.
Timely payment of pension contributions is not only a legal obligation, but also a guarantee of receiving a decent pension in the future.
