Zhadyra Baydaly, a teacher at college No. 11 in the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan, makes ice cream from koumiss.

With her new eco-project, Zhadyra intends to prove the biological value and benefits of a summer mare's milk dessert. Compared to other types of ice cream, this kind of delicacy is cooked on fire, and its composition does not change.

“Ice cream will appeal to both young people and children. It will positively affect the health of our people through the use of bio-products,” she says.

Zhadyra Baidaly also launched the production of soap with the addition of mare's milk. She claims that such soap has healing properties for human health.

If the promising project is approved by the state, the teacher plans to export products both to the regions of Kazakhstan and abroad.
