At the Paris Air Show, which is in Le Bourget, the largest contract for the supply of airliners in the history of civil aviation was signed: the Indian low-cost airline IndiGo ordered 500 aircraft of the A320 line from Airbus.

After these 500 airliners join the IndiGo fleet, the total number of aircraft of the low-cost airline will reach 1330, iXBT.com reports.

IndiGo is one of the fastest growing air carriers in the world. He received his first Airbus, an Airbus A320neo, in March 2016, and since then, the number of European-made aircraft in the IndiGo fleet has increased to 264 units.
