China daily: The flame of the XIX Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou is lit

The official ceremony of lighting the flame of the XIX Asian Games 2022 in Hangzhou was held in the ancient city of Lanzhou to commemorate the 100 days before the opening of the competition. This is reported by China daily.
The torch relay of the Asian Games will be held in mid-September, during which the torch will be carried through 11 cities of Zhejiang Province.
Along with the ceremony of lighting the flame of the Asian Games, the digital torch relay started. More than 21 million people joined the virtual marathon.
The XIX Asian Games will be held in Hangzhou from September 23 to October 8, 2023. It is expected that 12 thousand athletes from Asian countries will take part in the competition.
