The largest travel company Remote Lands (USA), positioning itself as “the world's leading travel designer in Asia,” announced new Asian destinations in 2018, believing that they will enjoy the greatest popularity among discerning adventure seekers. The company compiled a list called Dozen Dream Destination for the elite clientage, it is published on the company's website.
It includes destinations selected by experienced experts of the team, which have been analyzed the development trends of the countries of the region, their tourism and transport infrastructure, as well as the emergence of new resorts, cultural experience and much more.
Turkmenistan has also succeeded in all these nominations, which is represented in the project as “one of the most mysterious” countries of Central Asia with a rich history and diverse natural areas. The Karakum Desert, surrounded by lush green national parks, and Darvaza, famous for its huge gas crater burning in the sands, are mentioned in the list. At the same time, it is noted that today “the country is becoming a five-star hotel,” because a lot of luxury hotels are waiting for guests here, such as the hotels in the capital “Yyldyz”, “Oguzkent” and “Grand Turkmen”.
The advertising brochure also includes information about the new golf club in Ashgabat, which was opened in October 2017 and was created with the participation of Jack Nicklaus, the world-famous designer of golf courses.
