EBRD invites Turkmen enterprises to participate in the internship program
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development announces the launch of an innovative internship program for small and medium-sized businesses. In this regard, invites all interested companies to participate in it.
The program offers businesses access to a database of the best students and young professionals in Turkmenistan.
Thus, within the framework of the program implementation, experts conduct a thorough selection based on the skills and relevant knowledge of candidates. Then the selected persons will be trained to better adapt to the new working environment.
The uniqueness of the program is that the company's employees will also take a free refresher course and master the methodology of working with interns.
Before hiring, the company can "test" a potential employee to finally make sure of his professional abilities.
To participate in the internship program, you must fill in the application form until June 20, 2023.
Participation in the internship program, which is funded by the European Union, is free of charge.
