Turkmen students can become participants of the Russian project "Summer University - 2023"


The federal project "Summer University - 2023" plans to accept 1,200 students from 25 countries in July this year for a two-week free program. Participants will be students from Russia and neighboring countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as well as from Algeria, Egypt, Cuba, Syria, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam, India, Colombia, Serbia, Bangladesh, Jordan, China, Mongolia and Ecuador.
As reported on Friday in the press service of FGANU "Sociocenter" - a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Kazan, Ural and Siberian Federal Universities are participating in the project. Each university is ready to accept at least 300 foreign and about 100 Russian students under the program.
The Summer University will introduce foreign students to the current scientific and educational agenda of the Russian Federation and will contribute to the creation and development of international student communities. The educational program will be held on the following tracks: natural sciences, engineering, socio-economic and humanities. An additional program aimed at mutual cultural exchange between participants includes excursions, quests, festivals and much more.
Classes will be held from 10 to 23 July. Participation is free. Those interested can apply on the project website.
