The airline "Turkmenistan" has resumed flights between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan. As Orient was told in the Main Air Communications Agency, flights from Ashgabat to Almaty are carried out once a week - on Fridays on Boeing-737 aircraft.

Turkmen airlines began operating flights to Kazakhstan from June 2, 2023. Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours, departing from Ashgabat at 09:05 and arriving in Almaty at 12:35 local time. The return flight departs from Almaty at 14:00 and arrives at Ashgabat International Airport at 15:50 local time.

The cost of air tickets in the direction of Ashgabat-Almaty is 3675 manat for economy class and 5775 manat for business class.
