The future of Central Asia to be discussed in ancient Samarkand
An international forum will be held in Samarkand on November 10-11. it's agenda comprises of the issues of the development of Central Asia. During the meeting, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and UN agencies, it is planned to discuss a wide range of regional problems, the solution of which will contribute to peace consolidation, social and economic development and expansion of partnership. According to the organizers, about half a thousand people will come to Samarkand for the meeting. Among them are the heads of the foreign ministries of the region, high-level delegations from European, Asian, American states, as well as international organizations and unions - UN, EU, CIS, OSCE, SCO, EBRD and others.
