Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov spoke about the work on a new book
Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov completes work on a new book entitled Ömrümiň manysynyň dowamaty. He said this during the second meeting of the Council of Elders at the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, TDH reports.
The book will be available to a wide range of readers in the near future. The new work, filled with deep wisdom, contains the foundations of the worldview and life principles of the Turkmen people, the Turkmen state information agency said in a statement.
The new book is a continuation of the work of the national leader Ömrümiň manysy, published at the end of April last year. Along with the successes achieved by our contemporaries, pages about the heroic past of the Turkmens, about the values of material and spiritual culture created by many generations of the creative people and which have become an integral part of the treasury of universal civilization occupy a large place in the book.
The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is the author of a number of books on various subjects devoted to Turkmen history, alabays, carpets, music, cooking, tea, proverbs. There are more than 60 books in the electronic library of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's works, many of them have been translated into foreign languages.
