Avaza will host an international festival of Dance and Folklore


The Avaza NTZ will host the Avaza-2023 International Dance and Folklore Festival. The upcoming cultural event will take place on June 13-16.
This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Nursahet Shirimov during a meeting with the Minister of Culture of Romania Lucian Romashcanu.
The head of the Turkmen delegation at the ongoing Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Bucharest expressed interest in the participation of the Romanian side in the upcoming international cultural event.
In addition, the parties stressed the importance of the current bilateral agreement on cooperation in the field of culture, which is a good basis for holding joint events and within the framework of which cross-cultural Days are held.
Recall that the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan opened in Bucharest, for which a large Turkmen delegation consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Culture and industry institutions, masters of arts, popular ensembles arrived in Romania.
The program of the Days of Culture, which will be held in Bucharest and Constanta, includes an international conference, an exhibition, an evening of poetry, a screening of the Istärin films of the Oguzkhan Turkmenfilm Association dedicated to the work of Magtymguly.
