Ashgabat to host a concert in the style of "Retro Fm"
A traditional concert in retro style will be given by graduates of different years of the vocal department of the Turkmen State Musical College named after Danatar Ovezov. Turkmen pop stars of the 80s - Maya Omadova, Elena Oreshkina, Tore Shabasanov, Nina Yartseva, Alexander Erkhan, Khasar Atamuradov will perform at the music venue.
Their songs were very popular and sounded at all holidays of the country. Today, these compositions are also loved and they are covered with pleasure by modern young performers. The program will include well-known works by Turkmen and Soviet composers, including those from cult films of those years.
The artists invite Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital to the musical evening “Let song ring”, which will be held in the large hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva on May 26. The program starts at 18:30. Free admission.
