Trading on SCRMET: technical sulfuric acid and terry products are sold for export
On Monday, May 22, 7 deals totaling $1.2 million and 275 thousand Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
An entrepreneur from Turkey purchased 500 tons of technical sulfuric acid, the cost of each ton of which was estimated at $66.10. The total amount of the transaction exceeded $ 33 thousand.
Businessmen from the UAE, Turkey, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan purchased a total of 275 thousand kg of various types of terry products for $ 1.2 million.
In the domestic market, a local entrepreneur bought 100 tons of wheat bran. The cost of each ton of products was estimated at 2,750 TMT. The total amount of the transaction amounted to 275 thousand TMT.
