The city of Mary will become the venue for the Youth Forum of Central Asia and China
The Youth Forum of Central Asian countries and China will be held in November in the Turkmen city of Mary. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov made such an initiative at the first Central Asia-China summit held in Xi'an on May 18, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
The head of state noted that the peoples of Central Asia and China gave the world outstanding scientists, inventors, thinkers and the peoples of these countries are the heirs and keepers of the richest cultural and scientific traditions. This interest must be encouraged and actively promoted broad cultural and scientific exchanges on a regular basis.
“We also proceed from the importance of strengthening cooperation in the humanitarian sphere and stand for the development of scientific and educational ties between our countries,” Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
