The Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Romania are scheduled for May 22-26 this year. The events with the support of the Turkmen Embassy will be held in Bucharest and Constanta, the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan reports.
The Turkmen film Istärin directed by Arslan Eyeberdyyev will also be shown as part of the celebrations.
Earlier it was reported that Turkmenistan and Romania are aiming to hold joint cultural events, including the participation of Romanian artists in the Turkmen Folklore festival.
Such agreements were discussed in March this year during negotiations between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Romania Annamammet Annayev and the Romanian Minister of Culture Lucian Romashcanu.
