Central Asia and China to establish Business Council
The Central Asian countries and China will establish a joint Business Council. This was stated by the representative of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade Yang Xiaojun, Xinhua News Agency reports.
The Council with the participation of the business circles of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and China will be established to strengthen economic cooperation between the parties.
The opening of the council will take place within the framework of the first face—to-face summit "Central Asia- China", which will be held on May 18-19 in Xi'an, China. The event will be attended by more than 400 representatives of industries and enterprises in various fields of production and services.
The Business Council will give priority to the development of cooperation between the countries in the fields of energy, construction, logistics, food, information technology and communications.
