The aircraft fleet of Turkish Airlines will soon be replenished with 600 new aircraft. The Turkish national carrier signed the largest deal with the American concern Boeing, Eurasia Daily reports.
According to Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines, 200 wide-body and 400 narrow-body aircraft will arrive in Turkey in June. To date, 414 liners are "registered" in the airline's hangars. Negotiations with "aircraft and engine manufacturers" are ongoing, Bolat said.
