The world's first smartphone with a 500-meter thermal imager has gone on sale

AGM, a company specializing in the production of protected smartphones, has launched the AGM G2 series with a thermal imaging camera capable of capturing objects at a distance of up to 500 meters, reports ixbt.com.
The new line is represented by three models of phones. The flagship version for $ 860 is equipped with a 500 m thermal imager. The basic configuration includes a smartphone with a black-and—white night vision camera, and a more advanced one with a thermal imager with a range of 50 m.
Three smartphone models have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset, 8/12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of flash memory and a 6.58-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels.
AGM has long specialized in the production of secure smartphones that can be used in extreme conditions. But with the release of the AGM G2 series, the company raised the bar even higher. Now the buyer gets not only protection from dust, moisture and drops, but also the opportunity to use the phone for hunting, fishing and other purposes.
AGM G2 also supports 5G networks, which makes it ready for future technology and allows the user to quickly download content, play online games and use other functions that require a lot of bandwidth.
