Bidding on SCRMET: 60 thousand tons of heating oil were sold for export
On Saturday, May 13, 5 deals totaling $22.6 million and 31.5 thousand Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Businessmen from the UAE and Malta purchased a total of 60 thousand tons of low-sulfur heating oil. Each ton of products was estimated at $377.75. The total amount of transactions exceeded $22.6 million.
In the domestic market, a local entrepreneur purchased 20 tons of bentonite powder for drilling fluids, offering 1,575 TMT for each ton. The total amount of the transaction amounted to 31.5 thousand TMT.
