BOMCA holds a competition among women officials of Central Asia


As part of the events dedicated to the 20th anniversary, the Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA 10) is launching a competition of women's success stories among civil servants from partner agencies of the Program. This is reported on the BOMCA website.
Women working in such areas as border control and management, document security, investigation methods, combating human trafficking and irregular migration, combating cross-border crime, dog service, customs, veterinary and phytosanitary management and procedures, improving the living conditions of border communities can take part in the competition.
Interested persons need to fill out the appropriate questionnaire and send it to the email address: bomca-communications@icmpd.org until May 31, marked "Success Story Contest". The authors of the 30 best stories will be invited to a photo shoot and will receive 2 professional photos. And their stories will be published on the Program's website as part of the online exhibition "Outstanding Women Shaping Central Asia".
The exhibition will highlight the valuable contribution of women to the achievement of security, stability and effectiveness of cross-border cooperation in the region, as well as serve as an inspiration for other women.
