The memorandum on customs cooperation between Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey was approved by Erdogan


The decree approving the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan, the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the establishment of a joint Advisory Commission on customs cooperation" was signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey says that in accordance with the Memorandum, the parties will create a joint advisory commission on customs cooperation and exchange information to improve cooperation in this area.
Earlier, the Memorandum was signed in the city of Turkmenbashi on December 14, 2022 within the framework of the first Summit of the heads of state of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved the relevant document on April 27 this year.
