President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Moscow to participate in the celebrations dedicated to the celebration of the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Earlier, it was reported that the head of the Turkmen state was invited to the Victory Parade by his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin during a telephone conversation.
The heads of Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Belarus are also expected to arrive in Moscow.
