The Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan will hold an investment competition
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will hold an investment tender for the sale of state-owned objects. The announcement was published by the official Turkmen press.
Within the framework of the competition, an object of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan — Mary Wool Primary Processing Enterprise in Mary at the address: Shamuradova str., 24 will be put up for sale.
The company specializing in wool cleaning will be put up for sale for 45.6 million TMT with the condition of preserving the profile of the company and jobs.
The investment contest is similar to an auction, but there are differences.
The criterion for determining the winner is not the highest price, but the attractiveness of the investment plan proposed by the buyer. For example, a lot can be won by the buyer who offered to pay all the necessary funds for the object the fastest.
Registered citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign countries who have submitted an application in the prescribed form and have paid a deposit and a special fee can take part in the competition. Registration and acceptance of applications is handled by the Ministry of Finance.
The competition will be held on May 25 at 10:00 in the building of the Ministry of Finance at the address: Ashgabat, Archabil Shaeli, 156.
