The organizers of the Summer Asian Games in Hangzhou told about the preparation for the competition


The organizers of the XIX Asian Summer Games in Hangzhou held a two-day Chefs de Mission seminar for national Olympic Committees in order to inform on various issues.
In particular, representatives of 45 countries learned about participation in competitions, accreditation, doping control of athletes during the Games, accommodation of delegations and work with the media.
During the seminar, the delegates also got acquainted with various objects of the Games — the main stadium, the tennis center, the arena for water sports in the cluster of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center and the Athletes' Village, visited the new Museum of the Asian Games.
The representative of the Olympic Council of Asia, Song Luzeng, highly appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee of the Hangzhou 2022 Games.
"We are pleased to see that thanks to the joint efforts of all stakeholders, HAGOC, OCA, National Olympic Committees, Asian federations and international federations, the persistent efforts of the Hangzhou 2022 Games Organizing Committee have achieved great success," he said, noting that timely communication and cooperation between the organizing committee and National Olympic Committees are crucial for the success of the Games.
The Asian Summer Games will be held from September 23 to October 8, 2023 in Hangzhou, China.
