The Ministry of Education of Russia and Moscow State University will hold conferences on pedagogy in the CIS countries


Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Ministry of Education of the country and Lomonosov Moscow State University to hold student research competitions and conferences in the CIS countries in 2023 dedicated to Konstantin Ushinsky's ideas about pedagogical sciences and the art of education. This is reported by the press service of the Commonwealth.
Sergey Kravtsov, the head of the Ministry of Education of Russia, and Viktor Sadovnichy, the Rector of Moscow State University, were appointed responsible.
Viktor Sadovnichy took the initiative to hold scientific work contests and conferences in the CIS countries dedicated to the traditions of Russian pedagogy during a meeting of the Council for Science and Education of Russia in February this year. In this regard, the Rector of Moscow State University emphasized the role of Konstantin Ushinsky, who is one of the founders of scientific pedagogy in Russia.
Sadovnichy also proposed to hold an international congress in the Commonwealth countries dedicated to Ushinsky's works.
