A Turkmen scientist has proposed a method for additional electricity production

Doctor of Technical Sciences, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Rahman Esedullayev proposed to introduce fuel-free installations for additional electricity production in the country, TDH reports.
According to the scientist, electricity can be obtained without burning fuel, but using the pressure difference that forms in the main gas pipelines and pipes, as well as when gas exits wells. Expander-generator technologies known all over the world can help in this.
This technology helps to convert the energy of the gas flow into mechanical, and then into electrical. And considering that the entire territory of the country is almost completely gasified, there is a huge potential for such energy generation.
This technology is safe, and most importantly, it is able to save great amounts of natural gas and significantly reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
