Pictures of Turkmen painters will be exhibited at the opening day of the "Meeting of Artists of the Turkic World" in Tashkent
The creative exhibition "Meeting of Artists of the Turkic World" will be held in Uzbekistan as part of the International Festival of Fine and Applied Arts, which will open in Tashkent on April 17, Dunyo news agency reports.
The vernissage, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the organization TURKSOY, is called by the organizers a special event and invited artists and brush masters from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Hungary to participate. They will present their best works at the exposition, as well as hold master classes for young artists studying in specialized and general educational institutions.
The Uzbek festival will last until April 21. Within five days, exhibitions of fine and applied arts will be held in Tashkent, as well as in other cities across the country, and creative projects with the participation of young people and the younger generation will be implemented.
