The Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan will auction 36 objects of state property
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan is organizing an auction for the sale of state property on May 10. It will feature 36 lots — objects of various ministries, departments, enterprises, as well as administrations of Ashgabat, Dashoguz, Mary and Lebap regions.
The most expensive lots at the auction will be the administrative buildings "Nur Zaman" and "Damjaly Baglar" built in 2016 along G.Kuliyev Street in Ashgabat (lots 18 and 19). The initial cost for both objects is set at over 51 million manats. New modern buildings can be rented to businesses for a variety of needs.
The lowest initial price at the auction will be set for the lemonary of the Khojambaz consumer society in the Lebap region (lot 11). The object can go to a potential buyer for 71.6 thousand manats.
Also, investors should pay attention to the pipe plant of the Dashoguz Municipal Repair and Construction Trust (lot 26), which is being sold to the property. Its initial value at the auction is 17.7 million manats.
The auction will be held on May 10 at 10:00 in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan at the address: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, building 156. You can also participate online through the website e.fineconomic.gov.tm or a mobile application of this platform.
