Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Turkmen people on the Night of Omnipotence

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the people of Turkmenistan on the upcoming Night of Omnipotence, noting that the citizens of the country, like the entire Islamic world, especially honor the month of Oraza — the time of spiritual rebirth.
The text of the congratulation was published by the Turkmen state information agency.
The Head of State stressed that such moral values as patriotism, modesty, friendship, nobility and, of course, humanism are embedded in the traditions and customs of the Turkmen people. In commemoration of the celebration of these values Turkmenistan holds actions of pardoning convicts.
