The formula for success is a unit of time multiplied by competence: “Yenme” implemented a project for young people

To find one's vocation in life, to be able to correctly argue one's position, to listen and hear the interlocutor, to express one's thoughts clearly and to navigate correctly in choosing a profession - these skills were acquired by the participants of the “On the Way to Success” project, initiated by the public organization Yenme.
The experts of the organization summed up the results of this program, which was held in the country from November 2022 to April 2023. Like many Yenme projects, it is focused on the social integration of vulnerable youth, the education of self-sufficient and responsible individuals. The seminars "gave" young people the opportunity to develop their strengths and qualities, as well as to make professional self-determination and realize their goals.
The "success" project involved 30 young people, including vulnerable young people - boys and girls, many of whom attribute their situation to their disability, others to lack of skills, financial instability and lack of opportunities to get higher education. They completed a training course on developing flexible and professional skills and creating favorable conditions for their active life.

In addition to seminars, experts held consultations and a job fair for the audience. Trainer Madina Mustafina used different teaching methods - brainstorming, interactive and practical exercises. In the classroom, young people learned how to formulate their career goals, and also mastered skills such as the correct use of self-presentation tools, time management, resume writing and interviewing.
Representatives of business circles of Turkmenistan participated in the job fair. Entrepreneurs shared their experience with young people, and also advised them on success, self-development and the formation of a career path. “We need to work for the result. And it consists of each unit of time multiplied by the competence. And this formula is win-win,” the businessmen noted and wished success to the project participants.
The training program for youth was implemented by Yenme with the support of the International Organization for Migration in Turkmenistan in cooperation with the Eurasia Foundation (EF) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
