European countries interested in buying gas through a hub in Turkey are named

A number of European countries are interested in acquiring gas through the Turkish gas hub being created, Turkish Energy Minister Fatih Donmez said on NTV.
"We are in contact with European countries that need gas. Bulgaria was the first to support our hub proposal, at the beginning of the year we reached an agreement and began deliveries. Colleagues from Northern Macedonia also stated that they are ready to buy gas – these negotiations are ongoing. We have also achieved extremely positive results with Romania, this country has long wanted to receive gas through us... Hungary, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have also expressed a desire to buy gas," Donmez said.
According to the minister, Turkey receives about 100 billion cubic meters of gas a year, both through gas pipelines and with the help of LNG tankers.
"We use 55-60 billion cubic meters of this volume, and we can safely sell the remaining 40 billion to Europe... We are also talking about a number of Central European countries, it is possible to connect gas supplied through the hub to the European gas distribution system," the minister said.
