Turkmen small business is invited to a project that will help create a store on eBay

The application process for participation in the eBay Central Asia Hub 2023 project has begun. This initiative is being implemented by the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project in cooperation with the Ready4Trade Central Asia project of the International Financial Center.
The hub involves participation in trainings and the opportunity to receive individual consultations on creating a store on the largest eBay platform. The selected candidates will also receive assistance in accepting payments from international customers, special DHL tariffs, as well as a budget for launching and promoting their products at the Central Asian hub.
Requirements for participants:
— Producers of unique products or creators of works of art. North American and European eBay buyers are mainly interested in products that are not mass-produced, but are unique in their kind. For example, handmade carpets, traditional clothing such as chapans or felt slippers, traditional home decor — blankets, miniature paintings, other handicrafts and art objects.
— Are registered and operate in the countries of Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
— Ready to study and work on creating a store on eBay for about 4 hours a week for three months.
Interested parties should submit online applications until April 30.
On April 25, an information and familiarization meeting will be held in an online format, within the framework of which the organizers will present the advantages of participating in the eBay Central Asian hub and answer all questions of interest.
The meeting will be held on the Zoom platform at 14:00 Ashgabat time.
