The Head of State makes a trip to the resort's coast of the Caspian Sea every summer, during the government holidays. These days become an excellent "promotion" for the National Tourist Zone "Avaza" and its opportunities in the field of recreation and active and healthy leisure. Today President Berdymukhamedov visited the grandiose sports complex that opened in the spring, where he conducted a fitness training. Representatives of the top administration of the country also joined the strengthening exercises on the simulators. During the visit to the sports complex, the Head of State talked with members of the government and gave instructions on the development of sport of higher achievements in the country and attraction of the widest layers of the population to physical education. The present day of the President of Turkmenistan did not do without creative pursuits together with his grandchildren. Joint playing, as well as sports, is the family tradition of Berdymukhamedovs. Yesterday the Head of State made a bicycle tour together with his son and grandchildren immediately after his arrival in Avaza - a tourist-sanatorium cluster on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea - after which he instructed the accompanying leaders to use two-wheeled vehicles more actively to provide services to tourists. Both Ashgabat and the regions of the country have already finished preparations for the mass cycling marathon, which will be held on July 29th in honor of the 50 days left before the Games "Ashgabat 2017". On this day, citizens will only use bicycles for movement, since the movement of vehicles will be limited during the period from 7am to 7 pm. Such actions promoting a healthy lifestyle were already conducted in the country earlier, involving in its ranks a lot of people of different ages - from ordinary workers to high-level leaders, as well as foreign diplomats working in Turkmenistan.
