Customs departments of Central Asia and China discussed issues of expanding cooperation


An expert meeting of representatives of the customs services of Central Asia and China was held, the website of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan reports.
The online meeting was initiated by the General Customs Administration of the People's Republic of China.
The participants discussed the agenda and minutes of the upcoming meetings, as well as a detailed description of the draft document that regulates the mechanism of regular meetings of heads of customs services in the "Central Asia – China" format.
Such meetings are aimed at ensuring security and simplifying the process of trade between the countries of Central Asia and China, as well as the implementation of relevant agreements reached within the framework of the summit of the heads of State of Central Asia and China.
