President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will visit Tajikistan on April 10-11
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will pay an official visit to Tajikistan on April 10-11, the Asia-Plus edition reports with reference to the press service of the head of Tajikistan.
It is expected that during the visit, the President of Turkmenistan will hold a number of bilateral talks at which ways to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields will be discussed.
On the eve of the visit — April 8-9 — Dushanbe will hold a business forum of entrepreneurs of the two countries, as well as the first meeting of the Business Council of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
In the first months of 2023, the trade turnover between the countries amounted to $11.8 million and increased by 1.9% compared to the previous period of last year. During the designated time, Turkmenistan exported $11.6 million worth of goods to Tajikistan.
