New Turkmen TV channel Arkadag to start broadcasting in September
The President of Turkmenistan signed documents on the city of Arkadag, in connection with giving it a special legal status of a city of national importance.
In particular, this applies to municipal institutions - the mayor's office of the city and two district administrations, which are removed from regional subordination. In this regard, the wording of their official names has also been changed, which now sound like this: the hyakimlik of the city of Arkadag, the hyakimliks of the Kyarizek etrap and the Gorjov etrap of the city of Arkadag.
Another decree of the head of state ordered the creation of the Arkadag TV channel within the structure of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography. It will begin broadcasting in five months, from September, and will broadcast programs for 15 hours a day.
