The formation of the agenda of the June meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government begins
On March 30, a joint meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives and the Commission on Economic Issues under the CIS Economic Council will be held at the CIS headquarters in Minsk.
The participants of the event will discuss eight issues. Among them – the formation of the draft agenda of the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth (June 7, Sochi), the analysis of the preparations for the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CIS (April 14, Samarkand), the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of initiatives expressed by heads of delegations during meetings of the Council of Heads of State, the Council of Heads of Government, the Council of Ministers Foreign Affairs and Economic Council of the CIS.
The participants of the joint meeting will summarize the activities of the CIS sectoral cooperation bodies in 2022 and discuss the results of the work of the Coordination Transport Meeting of the Commonwealth States in 2010-2022, according to the website of the CIS Executive Committee.
The event will summarize the results of the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Memorandum on Deepening Cooperation between the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as discuss the Action Plan for 2023-2025.
In addition, the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiaries will coordinate the candidacy of the head of the CIS Observer Mission at a referendum on the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, scheduled for April 30, 2023.
