A new type of licensed activity has appeared in Turkmenistan

In Turkmenistan, the production of industrial building materials, products and structures was included in the list of types of work that are subject to licensing.
The corresponding addition was made after paragraph 22 of the first part of Article 22 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On licensing of certain types of activities".
The law on amendments, which came into effect on March 23, was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Now 40 types of activities are subject to licensing in Turkmenistan.
