The path to success in a women's career: through the eyes of a singer, artist and football player
International Women's Day was born at the beginning of the 20th century, when women fought for their rights and equality. Today, this holiday has turned into a day of love, family and gratitude to women, whose very image has also changed over time towards greater independence, independence, involvement in political and economic processes.
A modern woman can build a successful career in almost any field. Despite this, some of the qualities of a woman remain unchanged. She still remains the embodiment of care, tenderness and love.
We asked three heroines of ORIENT publication - a star of the Turkmen music scene, a famous artist and an athlete who has achieved significant results – about how they understand the path to success.
Bahar Durdyyeva is well known to music lovers of Turkmenistan. Having started practicing professional vocals at a young age, she has reached considerable heights in this field and continues to delight fans with her performances.
― They say that beauty will save the world, and when I hear the word "beauty", I see a woman, because everything rests on her shoulders: comfort in the house, warmth in relationships, harmony in society. Making life beautiful is the mission of women," Bahar Durdyyeva shares her thoughts. – And we need very little for happiness – a favorite job and the health of loved ones. And to make wishes come true. And their main performer should be a man.
When asked how to cope with the difficulties of life, the singer replied that, in her opinion, there are no insurmountable obstacles, and she herself tries to smooth out sharp corners in everything. Bahar called her love of music and thirst for creativity her main assistants on the way to success.
Tajigul Kurbanova, a member of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan, also believes that obstacles are only internal installations, and in fact there are many options for solving a complex problem. But we need to add determination to this and "dare" to take a non-standard step.
― I try to put this message into my works, which reflect my view of life. I use colors, shapes and textures not only to convey my impressions and emotions, but also to motivate, inspire the viewer, inspire the idea that beauty and opportunities are in everything around us. This idea is like a flower bud, if you feel it, it begins to open its petals," says the artist.
Maria Charyeva is the captain of the Turkmenistan women's national football team. For her, perseverance and perseverance, discipline and efficiency are integral components of success.
― I think these qualities will be useful not only for athletes, because it is well known that you need to work hard to achieve the best results at least in the personal "standings", and in order for this to be recognized also at the international level, you need to work doubly on yourself. In my opinion, March 8 is not only a day when women accept congratulations and gifts, it is also another reason to think about what we are still afraid to start, to throw off fear and move towards a new goal," Maria said.
Although all three of our respondents are different in professions and characters, they have common qualities that make them successful. They have talent and are passionate about their work. They do not stop there and strive for greater dedication. They know what they want and understand that a lightning leap to the goal is impossible, but the way to it lies through constant practice and attempts to open new horizons. And finally, they are all a model of teamwork and collectivism. They realize that their achievements are due to the efforts of many people, and are always ready to help other colleagues and non-colleagues to achieve more.
