The Non-Aligned Movement has a clear agenda for cooperation, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov said, speaking at the summit of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement on Combating COVID-19.
Emphasizing the importance of cooperation in the field of healthcare between the member States of the Movement, Berdimuhamedov invited the participants to create a common knowledge base and methodologies for combating epidemics.

"We must maintain close contacts with other UN humanitarian organizations. We must promote our own economic agenda," Berdimuhamedov said at the summit.
A summit of the Non-Aligned Movement Contact Group on Combating COVID-19 was held in Baku on Thursday, attended by representatives of about 70 countries, including the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq and Libya; vice Presidents of Cuba, Gabon and Tanzania; Prime Ministers of Algeria and Kenya, and high-ranking representatives of other countries.
